Just to help us all out there I thought that I would post this. I found an excellent thing for when you are craving sweets really bad! Anything that contains Sucralose instead on suger. For example the Juicy Gels jello that I just had a pudding cup of had the following:
5 cal
0 protein
0 Fat
1.2 g Carbs
0.1 g Sugars
0.8 g Dietary Fiber
37 mg Sucralose
36 mg Sodium
99 mg Potassium
I just have one of these and my cravings pass you just have to be careful and read the labels closely!
