The reason people never lose enough weight is because they never eat enough once they diet!!! You need to eat every 3 hours to lose weight. It keeps the metabolism running and you need to eat breakfast to get the body going. Too many skip breakfast and eat 2 small meals a day. That shuts you down and then you get a little loss but once you eat normal again, you gain it back. It's best to eat 5-6 times a day and spread your calories out. I learned that with the system i'm on and thats why feel so much better! The weight is melting off. I eat what i want within reason. Rosanna
