I've been on the weight loss 4 idiots (nice name, eh?) for 4 days now and I've lost 3 pounds already! They claim that you can lose 9pds in 11 days! I'll soon find out! I just want to know if someone out there is doing it as well so we can lean on each other for advice and such...
