Hi everyone,
I am new to this as well. From what I have read on all the postings is that ChefBrian seems to be the only person putting down the Weightloss For Idiots program. I have been actively going to the gym since the beginning of January and I just seem to be gaining weight. I know I am toning muscle which is heavier than fat. I understand that, but it is so frustrating when you think you are eating healthier and excersie reguarly and NO weight seams to be coming off. Everyone tells me to just be patient, but I am NOT a patient person....
So I looked into the WL4I program and I figured what the hell, let's try it... I know it is not long term because loosing 9lbs every 11 days doesn't seem to be too healthy. BUT... I thought it would educate me on what to eat and putting me on a schedule. I didn't think that sounded to bad.
