Hi, I too am new here and have been reading the different forums here. This is the 1st I have heard of the idiot diet, and don't quite understand it. My question is this....Chef, you seem very knowledgable about diets and nutrition. I currently am not on ANY diet, but need to be. I need to loose 30 lbs to feel good and be at my recomended weight. I am not into fad diets, pills, or quick fixes. Do you have any suggestions on where I should begin, or what I should cut out in my diet? Let me just tell you that I am Italian, and cook and eat like one! (No offense meant there..just being me!) I LOVE to cook!
