Hi,
Thanks for such a quick resonse. Why the 1500 calories? Wouldnt that cause me to gain weight??
My routine is usually :
Monday, Wed, Fri, Sunday --elliptical for 50 minutes, bicep curls
Tues, Thu, Sat yoga (1hr 30 min) - power yoga.

Do you think I could be holding onto the weight by eating too little or working out too much??
I do the elliptical since I have trouble running (pulled hip flexor) so I need a low impact machine. My intensity is pretty high. My heart rate is on average 145-150 most of the time during cardio.
