hi.. i've read most of the discussions on WL4I as well as the info on their website.. i does certainly sound interesting. I am thinking of buying it. $27 for 3 months sounds reasonable to check it out. this diet sounds like Food Combining which is an ages old strategy and one that Suzanne Sommers advocates. WL4I sounds simple and would be a good start. I wonder what their maintenace program is like. I have always avoided Food Combining and high protein diets because, to me, chemical diets that cannot be sustained over the long haul seem to encourage rapid weight gain once you deviate from the regimen.

i purchased Bob Greene's Total Body MakeOver. It advocates working out a lot hard for 12 weeks and overcoming emotional eating. I'm gonna give this a try once if figure out the routine. i think overall this is the best plan but its not easy.. which is ok since none of this is easy..

i give up on any weight loss efforts whenever i plateau.. it just depresses me too much to watch my weight stay the same when i "thnk" i am doing things (eating less and exercising) to effect a weight loss.

i need to find something that works and i want it to be effortless!!!!
