Hi Manon,
I just started the diet today. I'm new to using a message board. Hope I'm doing it right.
I would love to know how you are doing and how everyone else is doing. I have a lot of weight to lose and haven't been very successful in the past. I travel a lot so it's been hard to find something I can stick to.
One thing I find hard to believe is that if you start your meal at 7am, you have dinner at 2pm, because it says to eat every 2 1/2 hours. Have you stuck to that or spread the hours out a little.
Would love to hear back from you and everyone else on the diet.
