I am about to begin my first 3 Free days, and from what I have read on other sites, is to eat what you want, but don't pig out, keep with the 4 meals a day and drinking the water.
Any diet will work if you keep it up, you don't have to pay for any diet, just go to the library and do research. I chose the WL4I diet, because I know I have wasted a lot more than that on junk.
This diet is more a moderate protein, low fat, low carb. The choices are healthy and I have learned to be creative with food than before. I have also discovered that I don't want as much as before.
I have lost faith with the AMA and the like with respect to their "pyramid" seeing as they have been proved wrong time and again.
Like I said, it is a healthy diet
