Hi, I have just finished my first round, and lost 7 lbs. It was mostly painless, and a learning experience regarding learning a new way to prepare tuna and ground turkey.
The 2 1/2 hours is the minimum, it is a good way to plan ahead so you can decide when you want your last meal to be.
I was amazed that I found I was not hungry on this diet once I started. I could eat a lot less than I expected. Probably due to eating 4 meals a day. I would try to plan the last meal to be something small and sweet if possible.
I am going to try another meal plan for the next round. Switching from Lean Ground Turkey, and tuna to Ham with pineapple and cottage cheese. Oh I did find it was good to plan on at least on portable meal.
