Yep, i can offer you some advice..as I used to be well over 300lbs and young.

The best thing I can suggest is to eat MORE times throughout the day. Not little stuff either. We need to get your metabolism moving. Working out is a great way to do it.

The best thing to do is to picture your metabolism (which burns calories/fat) as a big, moving wheel. The energy you expend the more it turns. The more it turns, the more it eats up calories and fat (and sometimes muscle depending on what you don't eat).

By eating meals 4-6 times a day (small meals), you now force your metabolism to work harder at burning off your foods. This results in your body doing more and burning up more junk in your body. This is what you want.

Now, as for foods..you're doing awesome on water intake. What about cereal? Cheerios or toast? Do you like eggs? What about making an egg omelette with some greens?

For lunch, do you like sandwiches? Cut the mayo and keep the mustard. Eat wheat bread instead of enriched white bread. You can still have a great tasting, healthy sandwich..you just need to make some alterations to it.

Protein..protein..protein..i can't stress it enough. eggs, chicken, tuna, steak, milk (low fat or 1%) should be staples of your diet.

If you have any other questions, post 'em up! That's what I'm here for.
