I just wanted to give everybody a quick intro of myself.
I'm Andy and live in the UK. Before anybody thinks that I have joined to sell anybody anything I will say it now. I'M NOT.
I am however a weight management consultant and would like to help out anybody with any questions or problems regarding their own personal diets, if anybody is interested that is  .
