Hey brian,
yes i do plan to pick up more exercise as i go, presently i have started walking more, and doing 20 min of tai bo 3 times a week, as well as some ab/ glut workouts on off days.
I plan to up my exercise plan as i go, right now im postpartum so im doing more then before but still taking it easy. the last thing i want is to be a flabby mess when i go shed this extra weight, im more into losing body fat and transforming it back int o muscle once again.
Yes i live in Muskoka, was living up on manitoulin island until last year. ive been all over ont, and just can keep away from northern ont. i love it.
god idea about the calipers, i will do that thanks
