hey theres a new diet hitting miami it's called the mccaskill diet
breakfast:fruit cereal with 0% fat milk and drink water or no calorie no carb water
lunch:low calorie low carb water or regular water
dinner:veggie sandwich with mustard [6inch] and drink a cup of 0% fat milk and drink a vitamin water
eat what ever you want on the weekends and with this diet you will lose at leat 8lbs a week
