Not sure about that there milk diet thingy, but if you want to try a better milk for a diet then I suggest soy milk. Not the best taste in the world, but you could always add some kind of fruit to it and blend it like banana's.

If your on a low fat/calorie diet and not losing weight then may I suggest changing your diet. By the way I would look into low fat foods if I were you, they are not all that they seem.

And yes you have heard it before, but drink all the water you can which helps to flush your system and if you are on a diet that uses supplements to break down fat cells quickly the water will flush these out of your body faster too. 2L a day, but make sure that you are not retaining the water. If you are then drink more til you are visiting the toilet very very often.
