HI EVERYONE, I'm new to this site. I was just wondering, i'm losing 3 lbs a week and i want to know what's gonna happen to all this excess skin i have, i do cardio 2 days a week, and i strength train for 3 days. Does this excess skin stay here ? or does it tighten up as i work out? SOMEONE PLEASE HELP, i can't seem to find that much info on this subject, BTW i'm at 248, lost 16lbs in 5 weeks. My target weight is 200, so what's gonna happen to all that SKIN!?!?!?
