I Know Ive Posted Before, But im Now about a week into my Diet and Ive lost Nothing I Do 7 Minutes On the Treadmill a Day ( Burning About 70 - 80 Calories ) And Getting a Weights Bench Very Soon To Gain Muscle
This Is My Diet
Morning - Bowl Of Bran
Lunch - Half of Chicken And a Salad
Dinner - Scrambled Eggs And 1 Slice Of Toast
This is Around about what i have, May vary Day After Day
I Want to Loose Atleast 2 - 3 Stones By September - October, Any Help Would Be Great
