hi im new to this forum and im guessing that you are all experienced when it comes to diet, well i have been dieting for about a month now and only lost a total of 4lbs because i cant seem to help my cravings for crisps i just find my self eating them and nothing seems to work to stop me. does anyone have any ideas on how to help cravings? it would be greatly apreciated!
