Congratulations on losing four WHOLE pounds!!
As far as tempting foods, I have the same problem. My solution is not to tickle the dragon, meaning do not have the difficult-to-resist food around you, and the first bite is easier to resist than the tenth bite.
It's similar to stopping smoking--you can't have one cigarette--ever or else you start up again. I do not have one single taste of anything with sugar because then my blood sugar goes on a roller coaster. It's torture to have one bite of a food that does that because then you have severe cravings for quite a long time due to the blood sugar swings.
