Niggles--
I also looked at this website and it sounded like an interesting concept. People tell you all the time that if you cut out ~3,500 you will lose a pound. And although the logic behind that is all well and good and works for most people...it is definitely NOT the case with all. I am not someone with a lot of weight to lose, but I run 5 miles a day and do weight watchers RELIGIOUSLY--which is essentially just counting calories...so nothing new there (trust me..I do NOT cheat) and I have been doing this for about a month and a half or so and NOTHING...(WW has worked for a bit in the past...but even though I'm doing the same things..weight loss no more..I lose some weight..took a little break--didn't gain it back or anything and just wanted to continue losing weight---but to no avail.
Obviously really frustrating!
Anyways..this long-winded post must end...my question for you is:
Is that plan really working for you? What types of foods can you eat? Is it "liveable?" (obviously none of us are just looking for a short-term solution here)
I would really love to know what kind of results you are seeing. I am pretty open to this type of stuff..as someone else said..I believe most diets do work..it just depends on what works for YOU...
You can e-mail me at Sunnie26@mailblocks.com if you want to let me know how its going for you...
Thanks!
