Guys, by the sounds of it, you're ALL doing great. Take it from a guy who's been at one extreme (over 300lbs) to where I am now (in good shape)..keeping your motivation up is the hardest thing to do. Food is such a comfort device that all of us rely on. Take me and cookies for example- that's my weak point

Remember..losing the weight isn't the toughest thing to do. Changing your mindset and habits is.

If you're having trouble with foods, try to find replacement devices. When you want a soda, have a soda water with a splash of cranberry. When you want breads, grab a fruit..it's tough..but in the end SO WORTH IT.

Keep on 'doing', guys ( I say doing, because one doesn't really try..they either DO or DON'T)
