Hello, Sarah! I'm Sarah, too!

Hmmm - I'm a big recipe buff. A low-carb smoothie shouldn't be too much trouble to whip up.

In a blender:
Mix 1 Suger-Free, low-fat fruit yogurt (read the labels - find one that's low carb)
Two 1" squares of extra-firm tofu
Couple Handfulls of Ice
Good splash of Carb Countdown® milk


Sweeten with splenda to taste. I got this recipe from a friend, but never tried it because I don't do tofu. Let me know if this is any good. If it is, maybe I'll get over my tofu fear!
