Ah thanks for the omelette tip . Thats a lot of protien but as you said it can be done so thats cool. As for the shakes I can, but I dont have much of a sweet tooth at all so maybe there are some I can get to like. I have been eating quite a bit of whole turkey breast, and chicken. Cereal would be grape nuts, and raisin bran. I try to do about 200 pushups I dont count my cruches :P . and run about a mile a day. As for weight lifting if I bench I do reps of 5 sets of 8 curls the same way. Flys I do 4 sets of 12, and work legs seldomly. I don't workout everyday, and I havent did a good full workout in a while just situps, and pushups kinda have a lazy summer going on here. once my school starts back august the 3rd I will start my weight traning classes and take it the last two semsiters of my senior year again thanks for my info, and I love the forums!!
