Currently.. I've put on a little weight.. I am 21 years old, 5'3 and weigh about 138. I am not fat at all, I have some pretty strong thighs.. (I used to weigh about 145 pounds, and found the motivation to lose the weight in January) but I really want to lean down and be about 125-130.

I work out about 5 nights a week moderately for about 45 minutes doing an Tony Little Tape that focuses on my stomach area, thighs and butt.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
