Loosing weight around my middle of my body
Well I looked at myself today, And thought, Well the top side isnt chubby, And neither is the bottem, But the Inbetween is, So does anyone have any idea's how to loose weight around the Thighs and Stomach area, Today im REALY Going to start my diet again, Im not going to have Proper meals, Just always eating healthy snaks so I dont feel hungry, Im going to get on the treadmill everyday for 30Mins - 1Hour, And plus I have a weights bench, Very good one but hardly know techniques, IM pretty strong, And like I said, The top half of my body is tones due to using the bench, And I know jeeplaw uses a bench So any techniques from you mate would be exelent
