I've been told by some others to lose the mayo as it contains a LOT of calories and fats. So I'mthinking of just having the chicken burger with sweet chili sauce .. sound like a better idea?
I thought of a few other variations too.
For breakfast are poached eggs good? Probably 2 on wholegrain toast. Very yummy.
For lunch today i had pasta with homemade tomato sauce (olive oil, garlic, onion, tinned tomatoes) ... is this also a nice choice?
I've also considered having sushi a few days a week for lunch? Sushi is quite healthy isn't it? I think that would make a nice addition to my diet 
I'd love to hear some other variations from other too. I need some more lunch and dinner idea's.
