Im 100% Ready
Right, after a week of mucking about, trying to loose weight, I think I have the concentration I need, As I've read Jeeplaw's Journal, And another One (Cant Remember her name) I just want to start, Im decided to start on Monday, this Monday coming, As I'm sick of dieting one day and then not exercising another, If I knew what to do, which was effective, I would do it, It's just that I dont....
Here is a Little about myself
Name - Sam
Gender - Male
Age - 15
Weight - Just under 17 Stone
Aim before Christmas - 15 Stone
What I need before Monday (if Possible) Is some information on the most effective workout, excerise I can do, And what NOT to eat from my dieting
Basicly this week I have been on my Treadmill nearly everyday burning off 120 Calories each time, on my excercise bike for atleast 20 minutes (Only once tho), I have a punchbag which I use, and a weights bench, I dont really use the bench tho due to hearing things that at my age, It can reduce your growth rate? So thats come to a stop at the moment
My eating plans were basicly the same every day
Morning - Porridge or Cereal, Maybe a slice of toast with butter
Lunch - Beaguette/Sandwich with Tune, Chicken or just plain ham with salad
Dinner - Maybe some Pasta with fish, sometimes chicken with rice
Snacks - Mainly fruit, Banana's, Plums, Apples
I will post a picture soon as If I'm going to do it, I wanna see a before after image of myself 
Any help would be absolute fantastic, as I'm sick of being oveweight
