starting week 2
well, when i stepped on the scale this morning, i was very excited. i knew i had lost something just by the way my clothes were fitting. when i put on my jeans, i didn't have the "fat roll over". my jeans actually fit the way they were meant to. i just hadn't known if it was weight i lost, or just inches. i have been doing very well on the diet, taking the fat burner pills as i should, and eating the 4-5 small meals a day. it was a little hard a couple of days, because i am taking a phlebotomy class that goes 4 days a week, and its hard to remember to grab food before i leave. (i do have to get 4 kids ready to go, 2 to school, and 2 to a babysitter). but, i have remembered my water bottle everyday. i have been really proud of myself this last week also. i have been drinking almost totally water. (i had 2 sodas during the course of the week). i also have been staying away from the sweets (for the most part). the one sweet that i can't seem to stay away from is gum. i like chewing it and don't think i'll stop. haha. there was also a night where my hubby almost killed me. he made pizza (one of my favorite foods) and i wanted it soooooo bad. instead, i had salad with bacon bits, tomato, ranch dressing, and mushrooms. it does take alot of willpower for things like that, but hubby is supportive. he has no problems with making something different for me, when he knows he makes something i can't eat. next grocery shopping that i do though, it will be a lifechanging experience for everyone. they are all going to be eating to go along with my diet. hubby actually suggested that. the only thing that i will still buy for the kids is cookies and snacks stuff, because i don't think that taking sweets away from the kids would be right, they are kids, and they do eat things besides sweets. heck, we can't cook frozen vegetables without giving them a couple of the frozen ones.....lol. i know my kids are bizarre, right? lol anyway, the stuff that i buy for snacks for them, don't really affect me, because i don't eat them anyway.

weight- 155 lbs
waste- 31.25 in.
hips- 40.25 in.
thigh- 21.75 in.
body fat total- 30%
