My Journal - Sammy
Well I started on Monday like I said, Now it's saturday and I've lost about 6 Pounds No idea how but It must be what I have been doing
I'm on the treadmill every night for 20 minutes
Punchbag for 10 minutes
And walking for about 40 minutes a day
My intake is
4-5 Peices of fruit for breakfest
Sandwich for lunch (Which im going to be changing)
I have about 2 peices of fish with some veggies for tea
Snacks - Friut and the ocational peice of ham 
Well My goal is a stone in one month and i'm half way there
