It's at SparkPeople.com What an amazing website.
Tons of support from members and staff.
You can visit at http://www.sparkpeople.com
Please use me, COWGIRLBLUES as your referral.
NO, I don't make any money from it, I just like to
help people.
If you want to check out my page there, it's:

besides the calorie counter. Everything from recipes, to motivation
to excellent exercises.

have you ever tried www.fitday.com Personally I like sparkpeople's calorie counter, but I like fitday's reports better. For support and teams I like www.weightlossbuddy.com the best. I'm a member of one of the teams over on weightlossbuddy and they're a fun group. I also use their calorie counter but that comes with premium membership..fitday is free.

That looks like a neat one. I can't download though because I share a PC.

Diet Journals
I have been using diet journals since April and I have lost a total of 90 pounds so far and I'm still going.. So yeah, they work great. But you have to be honest in them. They are designed to help you keep track of how many calories you eat and how often you exercise. I have found it to be a life saver. The best one that I have found is the pocket food and exercise diary. It goes with the calorie king calorie counting book. This book by far has the best layout and is designed to keep you motivated and conscious about everything you do and everything you eat. I strongly encourage you to give it a shot.

I find that the most accurrate way for me to keep track of calories is by using the labels on the product. That way I know that the spaghetti sauce I'm actually using is the one I'm "counting."
Food labels are such a help. Lately, I've had to start watching cholesterol as well as calories and sugar. I check everything before I put it in my grocery cart. Even produce usually has a calorie per gram information label in the store. The scale is there, so I can weigh my potato or whatever right at the site.
