You will feel great What's happening is that you're giving your body less fuel to power your engine. You need to space out your eating, eat some more carbs (to provide fuel for your gym training), and keep up drinking water. Make sure you're getting proper amounts of sleep too.

When I go into slimming mode, I feel pretty weak and tired too..but it's only normal to feel that way because look what you are doing..

Less nutrients to power your body. Absolutely keep up the workouts, BUT, eat a little more bread, or pasta in your diet to help fuel that body. Don't worry about gaining weight when you do so because as long as you have portion control, workout hard, and don't add tons of stuff to your pasta or breads when you eat it, you should be good to go.

I know exactly how you feel!!! i started the GI Diet last week and though Im finding sticking to it no problem at all, over the last couple of days Ive felt awful!!!

Im beginning to wonder if its worth it to be honest. Dont think I can handle another headache.

But saying that Im gonna stick at it a bit longer and just hope that things get better. Long term health and fitness has gotta be worth it right??
