Just wanted to introduce myself, I am brand new and am glad that I found this place! I live in the Seattle area, work around here and have struggled with my weight for many years. I've been pretty good but have recently decided to really work hard on losing it and keeping it off! I am 5'5 and 230 lbs, 42 years old, not married but very happy with the people that I love.
