Hiya im 20 yrs old from the UK, and i am havin major trouble trying to cut down lol, on the whole im not too bad, its just i feel hungry constantly and if its still a while till i have my next meal I end up snackin usually on junk, so what can i do to stop this, its my 21st b-day in 2 months so whatever I can healthily lose till then would be great, please help! LOL
