I can guarantee this house is no longer standing..
And its a damn shame too..since I helped build it
In 2002, I was one of 6 adults (and 45 kids) who helped clean up areas of Biloxi and even built a home -from the slab up in 4 friggin days. If anyone here is from Biloxi, the home was located down near the center of Biloxi, near the train tracks (there was a Church's chicken we could walk to when we were on break).
Amongst all the wreckage and ruin, this makes my heart even sadder knowing how the family we helped, who was originally waiting for a home to be built (they were on a list of needy people), has to now lose their dream home and go back into the shelter where they originally were.

Tell me about it. I'm reading reports from down there right now how there are looters shooting at military helicopters! How crazy is that? Human instinct is crazy right now down there..very very bad situation.
