Thumbs up I just wanted to let everyone know.....

I have been on this diet for three weeks and have lost 10 lbs. I probably would have lost more but I wanted to test the diet and went off it for a week. My bestfried started it on Monday and has already lost 10lbs. There is a plan for everyone out there somewhere so dont give up.

Smile It works great

I am on Herbalife. It works great. My girlfriend joined me on the diet and she is losing weight too! I have two teenagers and they keep me on the move constantly. I find I can even stick to the diet while running around with them. I started on the Shapeworks Advantage program. I joined as a distributor so that I could get a discount.

WOW! That is incredible. How hard as it been to stay on target with your eating habits? Is it getting easier to lose weight now?

Smile Not hard at all

I have two very active teenagers so I am running around constantly. I always carry a snack with me. I always have my shake in the morning and depending on the day, I will have a shake for lunch or dinner. I eat what ever I want for the one meal (sometimes I even have cheesecake!). I never feel hunger, I have a lot more energy and I am seeing goooooooood results. It is the easiest plan I have ever been on. Once I lose all the weight I want, I switch to having only one shake a day for maintenance. I take vitamins and minerals every day, my doctor says it a really good plan.
