I Lost 35lbs. since September
So sorry for the duplicate message. I am trying to figure out this site. So here goes again...LOL.......Hello everyone. I am so new to this kind of thing and was so excited when I found this site. It has been great reading to see what kinds of things others have done to fight the battle of the bulge. I have had a great experience with losing weight for the first time ever with this new diet program. If anyone is interested to find out more, please email me. I lost 35lbs. Since Sept.
Hi Terrie,
I was so excited to hear about this weight loss. I want to learn more. I understand you can lose up to a pound a day on a new specific diet and I am anxious to know if this is it. This is exciting. Will you please tell me more about it? Thanks kay5280
