I need help

I'm eating about 1,500-2000 cals a day

Then I do 1hr workout 30 Min of jogging in place.
+ 2 36 min walks.
then 30 min body work out

10 min upper

10 min middle

10 min lower.

I do this five times a day. The frist week I lost 3 pounds the 2nd week 2

Now i'm not loseing any weight. Anyone got any tips

There is something you aren't doing correctly. You may need to get some help. I used the doctor at triforlife.net. In 1.5 years I went from 260 to 137 and I have a new life.

Maybe they can help you too

you need to learn to modifiy your workout..after a while the body gets used to the same old routine..sometimes a break from the workhout helps. I know ive went through that many times..now i workout in the mornings, instead of the evenings..have to give your body a change of pace otherwise it will platoo and it wont burn as it should.
