Question I really want to go on the Atkins diet but I have some concerns
Hello Fellow Dieters

Right now I'm doing a diet program of my own which consists of this:

I'm eating 1200 calories/20 grams of fat.

To tell you the truth I would really rather do Atkins but I have these two concerns about it:

1) I'm addicted to my morning coffee but heard you can't have caffeine while on this diet.

2) Two friends of my mom's were on this diet years ago while on it, both of them passed away from

cancer (one had pancreatic, the other colon) and so I'm REALLY concerned about this fact.
