Hello! I am new to this and am 42 yrs old. I am proud to say that I've lost quite a bit of weight over the past year have not had much trouble maintaining. I eat generally decent (hardly ANY junk foods-NO fast food, NO soda); great self-discipline. I also exercise regularly on my treadmill 20-30 min 6 days a week and then some floor work (sit ups, push ups, streatching).
OK--so tell me WHY am I getting this bulge or roll, tube; at my hips and lower area!!!! I thought I was doing everything right.....It's extremely frustrating!!
