water water water Cleanse the body with water, and stick to eating smaller portions of higher protein, low carb foods..but whatever you do, don't starve yourself! You can still eat well, but your body is going to have to adjust a bit. And stay focused! We're here to help

Any more tweaks you'd like to make to your diet besides water intake? How many times a day do you eat? What kinds of foods? Heavy in carbs, or high in fat? I'd try to shoot for 5-6x a day eating, small meals, split up into small portions..tough to do, but when done consistently, it forces your metabolism to eat up calories and fat.
