Hello, my name is lea and i am sick and tired. im fat. i say im going to start a diet it seems everyday but i do and i just fail. i know that im going to have to start one and stick to it, and now is the time. i am going to cut down to about 1200 calories/day and do a very challanging home workout video. i also want to say I am new to this forum crap. oops, did i say crap. well goodluck to everybody and wish me luck. ill check in tomorrow, hopefully i lost a 1/2 of pound by then (if thats possible)
Dont give up..i tried pilates its not as hard on the body and it worked for me..did that three times a week and it was a good way to get started..i know its not easy..in the beginning i was there once..those first ten pounds are murder..good luck
