Okay everybody I've been working out loyally six days per week. Eating on average 1400-1800 calories per day. Which I would suspect is waaaay below what I should be consuming because I weigh 244 lbs. . Now my primary concern is that I've actually gained 5 lbs with my original weight of 239 lbs. Oh and I forgot to mention the 1200 calorie per day workout and weight training that I do every single day at least 6 out of 7 days per week. what the hell is wrong here

Maybe because your working out so often you are gaining more muscle then fat. Muscle weight more then fat. Maybe you are just bulking up? If thats not the case then maybe you have to lower your calorie intake agian. Your body gets used to an intake so you have to lower and lower till you reach your desired weight.
Hope this helps, and that man under your question is very rude
Kindest
Karen
