Sprinkle Thin?
 I had tried a free trial of Sprinkle Thin. When I got it in the mail, It came with 3 boxes. When I opened it, It looked like sugar packets. The packets ranged from green- first month, orange- second month, and purple- third month. Anyways, I paid $4.95 for the first month, then they wanted $147.00 for the rest of the 2 months! I only used like 3 packets. One is for Sugar foods, and one for salt foods. All you do is sprinkle it on your food. It came with a food journal, and examples of food you can sprinkle the stuff on.
Eggs: non-sweet foods
Pancakes: sweet foods
Cereal with milk: sweet foods
Sausage/ham/bacon: non-sweet foods
Deli Sand.: non sweet
Garden Salad: non sweet
Tuna Salad: non sweet
Pasta: non
Soup: non
Grilled fish and veggies: non
Fajitas (chicken, steak, or fish): non
Smoothie: sweet
Chips/pretzles: non
Fruit Salad: sweet
Sliced veggies w/ dip: non
Yogurt: sweet
"Borderline Foods"
corn- non
mashed potatoes- non
sweet potatoes/yams- sweet
guacamole- non
cottage cheese- sweet
For non sweet foods:
Up to 4 packets daily
Sprinkle on foods that you would salt/pepper
For Sweet foods:
Up to 2 packets daily
Sprinkle on foods that are naturally sweet, or that you would flavor with sugar.

Why would you sprinkle some mystery substance that came in the mail all over your food? Sounds dangerous to me.

I was kinda heasitant, but i called the company, and asked for sure if it was gonna kill me! I used 3 packets, so im still alive!
