18in4!!!!
Hi all
I am new here and kinda desperate to lose some kilos. I know about the healthy way of dieting and all that. But from where I am I need something with quick results to jumpstart my weightloss. I feel that if I can lose a certain amount fast it will serve as a motivator to go on and lose at a slower healthy rate. So I heard about the 18in4 diet, as in lose 18 pounds in 4 days. I have spent too much money on diet books and am not keen to buy another one. If someone knows, has a book or heard about this diet can they please tell what it is all about and how it works.
Hope someone can help

Where you need to start is realizing that losing weight is not a quick fix. You need a lifetime plan.
Weight Loss does not have to be expensive.

I myself won't do diets with pills and patches and so forth I believe them all to be a scam and fast weight loss can definently so bad to your health i am doing weight watchers not as a diet but as a life style change and its a slow weight loss about 2 lbs a week but it is a very healthy well balanced diet and it is a liveable diet also but whatever way yall are doing it i support ya and wish you the best of luck and success!!

Hi folks
don't try it too quickly as I have lost lots of weight and put it back with more besides.
Now I have started a very easy way of eating that I used a few years ago and lost nearly 70lbs inevitably I put it all back on. It's not the dieting that I can't do it's keeping a steady weight when I get there.
When my head is in the right place all goes well, when I am stressed then I find it difficult to stick to it if I am not part of a club, this time I am trying it on my own to see if I can do it for me, so I need all your help and to be able to stay on the straight and narrow and I know the quick fix although sounds good doesn't help in the long run
Good luck everyone
