Hi, I am 5’3 and after giving birth to my second son I have reached an ultimate weight high of 222lbs, I want to lose 62lbs by the summer. So for the last past 3 days I have been eating up to 1000 calories a day, this is easily done due the fact that I have also being taking two trimspa pills one before lunch and one before dinner. I also plan to go to the gym 4-5 days out of the week. I know that the weight should come off quickly. However I don’t know if this is to extreme or if it’s not good enough.
Any suggestions.
UPDATE
I reccomend no one try this diet it has now been about 2 weeks and i am the same weight and unhappy. I was eating so little calories that my metabolism dropped which caused me to burn fewer calories.
