I just wanted to say that I am now only 3lbs away from goal weight. For all you people out there that are looking to lose kepp up the hard work! If I've lost 100lbs anyone can do it!
Woohoo..that's more than awesome..any time your metabolism and cranking and you're UNDER the weight you were expecting..that's the best. How you doing on your food..you still playing it smart? Tons of water?
Yeah still drinking tons of water. My food I pretty much cut loose on weekends and watch what I eat during the week. All the exercise that I do during the week seems to counter (plus extra) whatever it is that I do on the weekend.
Ah, see you're lucky with cutting loose on weekends. I've been sick all week long (since last thursday)..can we say I've eaten like crap and drank tons of water? I hate being sick because I have ZERO appetite..plus the sore throat doesn't help..at all.
Can't wait to get back on track.
