Hi, I'm new to here and just started Atkin's for the 2nd time on 4-22. I started the first time on 1-1-07 and by the end of the month had lost around 12-15 pounds, but I moved to a different state and........"fell off the wagon". This time though I am drinking nothing but water and doing 30 minutes of Tae Bo daily. I am SO tired of being overweight. I weighed around 145 before kids in '01 - '02 now I am at 205. I can't wait to be thinner again. I'm fed up! Anyone else know what I mean?
