Thumbs up

I had a c section a few years ago. Before I got pregnant I wore a size five and wieghed 150 pounds. (I had a lot of muscle tone). When I gave birth, I wiegh 210 pounds and had an emergency c section. I lost the wieght down to 160, but even though I am ten pounds away from what I was, I am no where near able to fit into my clothes. My legs and butt fit fine, but my tummy is really big. I know I will never get rid of my "mommy sack" And I dont really care if I ever do, but I do want to reduce it so that I dont have a huge stomach any more. When I had the c section, and they cut my stomach open, and I healed, my stomach just.... flopped over that line. I have muscle under all that fat from sit ups and crunches and all that mess, but no matter how much cardio it seems like I do, I cant reduce the fat on top of all the muscle. I need advice on what I could do to help reduce this blubber on my gut. Eating tips, exercise, anything. Thanks.
