cabbage soup diet?

amanda Posts: n/a	has any one tryed the cabbage soup diet, i was wondering if it worked and how they got on this website shows diets such as the cabbbage soup diet and metabolism diet say that you can loose 10lb in a week. has anyone tryed these? go on this site www.wave3concepts.com/diets please reply amanda

last10lbs Posts: n/a	HI amanda, I'm starting the Cabbage soup diet today, I must tell you that I did it before Chritsmas for a week and lost 6 lbs. I felt great! And I haven't gained it back! (well just 1 lb). I'm not the kind of person that tries any fad diet now and then, I'm more in to changing my eating habbits, but the CSD is a great way to get started!!! Amanda, I did cabbage soup diet last year. It's true, I lost 7 lbs but after that I felt weakness in my body. Instead I recommend you Mediterranean diet, a very easy and healthy diet.
