Hi anjie,
My advice would be to stick at it. I know its hard but 1lb is better than none right, and at least its a loss. Try not to beat yourself up about it. You're trying and thats whats important. Be proud of yourself for taking action and just stay strong.

Hi, im another newbie. Walking is better than you think as a starting point. Im not too big anymore. Last summer i was bad and didnt do as much exercise as normal, in fact hardly any. However, i walked a round trip of nearly 2miles to work each day 5 days a week, which kept weight off easily. You wil prob find that you won't have to alter your diet too much if you are just keeping relatively active. If you need anymore advice concerning exercise/healthy eating, i dont mind helping - weightloss.uk@hotmail.com
Good luck!

Hi Anjie
I know the perfect product for you. You have to try ShapeWorks. You might want to check out this link:
http://protein-diet.blogspot.com/
Scroll down the page until you found the testimonials on using the products during and after pregnancy. Excellent way to lose weight. It’s really healthy as well. Typical weight loss 7-11 lbs per months.
I’ve just delivered a baby about two months ago and still breastfeeding. I use the product for only 4 weeks and lost about 7.7 lbs and several inches. I’m planning to breastfeed for as long as I can!!
My e-mail: ana_miraa@yahoo.com in case you want to contact me personally.
All the best to you!
Ana

If you are still interested in a program, I have been on one for the 6 weeks and have lost 20lbs. www.Time2lose.tsfl.com for more information. The food is products of Medifast! A company backed by John Hopkins University and doctor recommended. If you have questions, send me a message!

God!! All this crap about weight loss products.............that is not the answer. It is hard to give you advice w/out knowing more, but I suspect there are lifestyle issues that are hampering your efforts (that was my problem). Everyone wants to lose it quickly, and that just doesn't work.....consistency and persistancy of doing the right things will work over time.

Good Luck
